Solve Therapy aims to provide a safe and supportive environment to equip individuals with a greater understanding of themselves and learn the necessary skills to overcome past difficulties and current challenges.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a solution-focused therapy approach for a range of mental health difficulties. It involves learning various coping strategies to help address problematic thinking and behavioural patterns in order to improve the difficult feelings you may be facing.

At Solve Therapy, Sharon works with you collaboratively to explore and manage your difficulties and achieve your unique goals. Sharon believes that we are all born with the right to live a fulfilling life and have the potential to achieve it.

Sharon is a passionate and experienced counsellor, who supports people with a variety of mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties, those who experience a loss of meaning in their lives, or those who are seeking a greater sense of fulfillment.

Sharon has completed a BA degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Youth Studies, holds a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is currently pursuing a MA degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy …
